If Stanley is holding The Bucket, access to this ending is locked and instead leads the player to the No Buckets Ending. When Stanley finally dies, the narrator bleakly acknowledges that the game is going to restart before he is cut off. If Stanley ignores him and climbs up the stairs again, the Narrator will become more and more more and more depressed, until he gives up on trying to keep his happiness as well as trying to reason with Stanley. The Narrator is relieved and invites him to go back to the room. If Stanley starts climbing the stairs, the Narrator begins to warn him that, if he dies, the game will reset and he'll have to go back to who he was before seeing the room. These lead to a towering flight of stairs that lack a protective railing at the top, providing a great fall. Though nothing will be achieved by doing so, Stanley can choose to stay and watch the many different auroras and listen to the calming music if he so pleases.Īt any point, Stanley can walk down a set of stairs behind him, entering a series of unpainted hallways. The Narrator begins to feel happy and insisting that, if they stay here, they will be forever peaceful and happy. Upon entering the door, Stanley walks forward into an open area, lit overhead by a colorful, aurora-esque light effect. The Narrator claims to have a solution to this, and opens a lit door. The Narrator will be relieved that Stanley is finally starting to listen to him, explaining that the problem must have been all the choices they were being subjected to. ![]() When the Narrator opens a door, walk through it.Īfter walking through the red door, Stanley can walk through a hallway that begins to loop. At the 2 colored doors, walk through the red door. Get on the cargo lift, and jump off of it onto the raised platform below. Pass through the Employee Lounge, and to the Warehouse. At the 2 doors, pick the one on the right.
